Equally divide the initial capital ($X) into five portions.
First round: invest each portion on a different stock, bond, or other equivalent stuff. There will be a 20% gain at the end of the first round investment activity (total capital will be $1.2X).

Second round to 20th round: equally divide the existing capital into five portions and then repeat the activities of first round.

At the end of the 20th round: the total capital will be $(1.2^20)X
