FYI, in WallStreet, a Sr position such as fund manager will not get such test, people look Track Record, references, tean work behavior, leadership behaviors. He/She will never be given a such a test.

The test you described here is only for unexperienced person such as new graduates or with little experience, very low level position for sure.
