those gossip are at the secretary level. the managers at big companies are too professional to reduce themselves to personal level. be professional is the key. no matter where,
i never make personal enemies or personal freinds at work place as 9-5 we are there to work, not to social. we only need the work relationship working by try to take the hassel and inimitation out of there and be professioanlly polite. i do not get personal with any one at work.
by the way, some of our discussions here are getting personal and becomes attack, which is really not necessary.
