Controller, Asia FP&A
Currently our client is seeking a Financial Controller to be ba<x>sed in Beijing and to join their talented and motivated team.
SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Provide financial reporting and decision support analysis to Asia Sales VP and Finance Director
· Responsible for budgeting and financial matters for all Regional cost centers supporting the Asia Channel Sales organization
· Assist the China Controller in managing all financial planning and analysis for the China Enterprise & Education business
· Work with the Asia Pacific & Japan Financial Planning team in Singapore and Country Controllers in actively managing the annual and quarterly forecasting process for Asia
· Improve forecasting process and system to increase predictability
· Establish and maintain resource planning model – head count and demand generation operating expense to ensure the efficient allocation of resources to maximize return
· Work with country sales and regional support functions to provide financial support in special projects and strategic initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· At least 12 to 15 years of experience in general accounting, financial planning and internal control.
· Proven track record in working with Sales and Operations Management.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to handle large volume of information will be necessary for this role.
· Experienced in building financial models and scenario analysis to support decision-making
· Have a macro perspective and be adaptable to rapid business growth and changes.
· A good team pla<x>yer and who is effective in gaining consensus.
· Dynamism, assertiveness and a positive attitude are key attributes for this role.
· Qualified China CPA
· Degree in Accounting or Finance equivalent, preferably with an MBA
