1)The price of the apt over 90 sq. ft will be a little up? especially for the condos over 140 sq. ft. which will become less and less available;
2)If I were a developer, I only built apt. at 70-90 sq. ft. People need large condo can always purchase two side-by-side and knock off the walls between. Then you would have 140 sq. ft. or 180 sq. ft.. By the time you have to sell them and the future buyers need the small units, you have to build the walls again to separate them.
