Beside their charisma, In front the complicated situations, They can directly check what the truthfulness they are thinking and try to collectas much as true informantion as they can, so they touch the problem by insight . They can be logyal and be honest to themselve too. They can contact their subconsious and ask themselve try to make sure the decisions aren't make by fear or self-defeat. They are great leader or manager, and their people will benefit from their leadership.
I don't hold the grudge for Chinese ,But I really suspect many (not all) Chinese Integrity.I find they are arrogant but lack of self-concsiousenss. So they handle situations by sneaky approaches. In generel, a nice person will be nicer when they feel more secure , but Chinese ( after 60s generation) culture give Chinese convenient upbring. People are lack of creditibilty and responsility and fulll of desire and gready. Base on these upbring and educaiton it is very difficult to get people by turned into a great or even good leader
