Job description
Lead workforce development and organization effectiveness projects, eg, designing and executing projects/programs requires Japanese.
Responsible for ensuring budget, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
Research and develop appropriate learning solutions in Japanese language / culture especially for call center organization.
Develop training plans, materials, and schedules for technical and other identified skill areas. Develop and maintain client relationships through partnering, coaching, and facilitating to identify and implement organizational development interventions and/or solutions.
Requirement
Native Japanese, or people with Japanese living experience & excellent Japanese language capability in written and oral
Program and Project Management – understands and applies program and project management methods and processes to define, plan, cost, resource, track and ensure the delivery of defined projects and programs.
Training delivering experience -- has at least 3 years of instructor experience, good at facilitating workshop for Japanese.
IT Knowledge – has solid technical know-how for understanding and developing the training needs for clients.
Client relationship building – uses solid business acumen and extensive understanding of Workforce Development’s client business drivers to cultivate status of trusted advisor without accounts.
External consultant relationship building and management – able to maintain business relationship while assuring consultant delivering service at cost beneficial to HP.
Strategic networking – creates and leverages a network of strategic relationships and contacts to facilitate communication, partnering and solution delivery in a mutil-national environment.
Financial/business planning – applies understanding of WD budget and planning methods to develop and manage operations within their area of control and communicate accurate forecasts.
Other Assets:
at least a university degree, extremely fluent in Japanese, & is also able to communicate with people in English
Min. 3 years of experience in delivering training as instructors
4-6 years program management experience.
Demonstrated development, presentation, facilitation, and consulting skills
Demonstrated ability and prior experience working in a virtual business environment, multi-national company.
