Job Description
1. Perform review of processes and provide controls guidance in specific areas within China delivery center.
2. Identify process risks, assess the reasonableness of controls in place to manage the risk, and raise significant process deficiency issues when they exist
3. Consolidate and submit overall control posture results to Headquarter
4. Provide control related education as required
5. Coordinate and assist in review and audit performed by Internal and external Audit and Business Control. Track all outstanding controls issues resulting from Audit's, CAR's, Peer Reviews, SOX reviews,etc.
6. Provide business control framework and guidelines to various business teams
Qualifications
1. Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. 3-5 Audit working experience in Audit firm or internal audit of Corporation - especially in the area of system and process audits
3. Internal control, SOX knowledge is a must
4. Strong communication skill, project management skill
5. Proficiency in both English writing and speaking
6. Skills of using Lotus Notes, Microsoft Powerpoint
7. Experience in business process outsourcing environment especially in finance & accounting, HR services or call centre environment would be an advantage
Job Description –
We are in the midst of a large growth and expansion phase in our Dalian and Shanghai offices. As this occurs, we are seeking experienced and talented Recruiters / Staffing professionals at all levels to grow and develop with us.
As a Staffing Professional, your main function is to attract, source and recruit the right talent for ISSC.
You will achieve this by excuting the following -
• Work with line managers and designated resource managers to understand hiring needs and actively sources CV’s through a variety of channels.
• Manage the relationship with the business for all recruiting needs, supporting initiatives as requested, placing vacancies internally and externally.
• Manage candidate evaluation, selection, assessment and rejection in accordance with Recruitment Centre Service Level Agreements.
• Devise marketing plans to generate CV’s that are cost effective and make best use of allocated budget and use data and reports available from the Recruitment Centre.
• Manages and develops external networks, relationships with agencies and candidates etc to increase pool of candidate sources.
• Ensure high level of competitive knowledge and market place awareness to ensure best possible candidates come to through the most competitive means.
• Provide guidance to management on hiring processes including BBSI interviewing.
• Assist in developing suitable compensation packages for candidates.
Hiring Requirement
To be successful in this challenging role you will possess the following attributes
• Strong recruitment experience within an Inhouse or Head Hunting enviornment
• Experience within the technology industry is advantageous
• Proficient communication skills in Chinese and English are essential
• Knowledge of Executive Search recruitment desirable but not essential
• Ability to communicate with candidates, internal and external customers
• Strong organisational skills, time management and the ability to prioritise
• Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or related degree
