Key Account Manager大客户经理 (北京市)
Responsibilities 工作职责:
- Clearly understand company global KA management strategy so as to
maintain and develop healthy relationship with KA customers of Korean
enterprises in China 准确把握公司对全球大客户的管理战略，保持和发展与韩
国大客户公司之间的良好业务关系
- Work closely with sales team to investigate KA customers’ need and
work out applicable solution accordingly 与销售队伍紧密合作，了解韩国大
客户公司需求并提供切实可行的技术方案
- Achieve annual sale target from certain assigned KA customers 完成每年
的销售任务
- Communicate with sales team to ensure company’s KA management policy
is well implemented and coordinate to solve any arising needs/problems
from customer 确保销售队伍理解公司大客户管理政策并能正确执行，协调解决来
自韩国大客户公司的需求和问题
- Take the lead to promote company technology and products to KA
customers efficiently by means of organizing customer visit, technical
training and on-site support, etc.. 通过组织客户拜访，技术培训和现场支持
等手段来有效推销公司的产品和技术
- Catch up with market development trend, share the market information
with sales team and management level. Make proposal to update KA
management strategy in line with market trend密切关注市场发展动态，及时
与销售队伍和公司管理层分享市场信息. 根据市场发展变化向公司提出完善大客户
管理战略的方案。
Qualifications 职位要求:
- Bachelor or master degree from a famous university, better majored in
electronic engineering, telecommunication, RF or microwave; 著名大学学士
或硕士毕业，最好电子工程、通信工程、射频或微波等相关专业；
- Fluent in Korean, English and Chinese; 能够用韩语、英文和汉语进行交
流；
- At least 3 working experience in role of marketing, sales or product
support in a multi-national company 在外资企业至少3年以上市场，销售或产
品支持等相关职位的工作经历
- Sensitive to market change domestically and globally. Have the ability
to analyze and predict market development trend 敏锐的市场洞察能力，能够
分析和预测市场发展动向
- Self-motivated. Can be working under high pressure and have strong
desire to pursue success自我激励，能够在压力环境下工作，并有强烈的追求成
功的欲望
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills出色的人际沟通与
商务谈判能力；
