Finance Manager—
Location: Dalian
Report to: Asia CFO
Responsibilities:
Plan and organize the financial and management accounting affairs and strategies of the Company, including working closely with the Senior Manager, Group Corporate, Management and counterparts in other Business Units
Ensure financial and management reporting is in compliance with local statutory and accounting requirements and Chinese GAAP.
Ensure the safeguarding and proper valuation of company assets.
Ensure company internal control and other policies, procedures and guidelines are implemented, monitored and being adhered to.
Prepare and analyze monthly standard reporting package in accordance with format and schedule provided by Corporate or Asia Head Office.
Perform tasks assigned by the Manager and GMs in accordance with specified schedule.
Oversee, monitor, evaluate and develop management information systems as required to manage and control operations.
Prepare capital expenditure justifications for all significant capital expenditures.
Prepare, submit and present annual budgets, forecasts and long term plans for the business units as requested.
Manage cash resources including cash flows, foreign exchange, banking activities and other treasury functions for the business units.
Co-ordinate the filing of all necessary government reports, returns, taxes, etc.
Assist in the development of management policies as appropriate.
Train, supervise and evaluate Finance staff and develop them to achieve a high level of proficiency and career growth.
Ensure compliance to all legislative requirements concerning Finance matters.
Liaise with professional advisors on legal, audit, accounting, tax and banking matters as required.
Coordinate the year-end audit, prepare year end audit files, highlight address any management, control and accounting issues arising thereof.
Qualifications:
University graduate in Accounting or related subjects.
Minimum 8 years solid accounting experience of which over 3 years in managerial position in sizable manufacturing plant in PRC is a must.
Solid experience and /or knowledge of PRC accounting standards and practice.
Demonstrate high ability to work effectively and efficiently within the functional department.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Have finance certificate / accountant qualification
Strong Knowledge in computerized accounting system such as Hyperion, Kingdee, and etc.
Working experience in international/JV companies and in manufacture industry preferable.
Ability to work with detail, good organizational skills.
