Requirements of the position (Please attach the job Description)
Education &Knowledge Requirement
Master/Bachelor of business admin or engineering, MBA preferred.
Basic knowledge and business operations in telecom, high tech IT industry needed.
Work Experience Requirement
More than 8-10 years’ working experiences in industries of electronics, telecom equipment manufacturer or related industries.
At least 3 years of management experiences as senior managers or above.
Familiar in Contract execution and sales operations processes.
Good understanding of integrated supply chain
Technical skill or qualification
Must be fluent in both spoken and written Chinese/English.
Other Special Requirements
1. A strong team leader who can manage complex organization challenges collaboratively.
2. Good/excellent communication skills and integrity
3. Demonstrate good people management skill across levels.
4.Oversea working experience is prefer.
Job Description
1. Lead a cross functional team to achieve reliable and predictable global customer order fulfillment (OTD – order to deliver);
2. Lead a team of professionals in managing the order processing and logistics fulfillment activities;
3. Manage, Supervise and control the operations execution of order fulfillment to achieve shipment maximization, facilitate relevant activities that enhance collection, revenue recognition and field inventory management;
4. Key liaison to Sales; Actively support Sales Operations activities; e.g. participate in the processes of forecast and allocation from end to end;
5. Manage the budget and achieve desired order processing and logistics expense & cost reduction targets.
6. Actively involve in leading and/or participate in implementing the Global Integrated Supply Chain Strategy.
7. Develop integrated business rule, process and work with IT to implement system solutions.
