Qualification Requirements
Bachelor degree
Good in spoken and written English
Minimum of 3 year relevant IT work experience
Strong team player
Excellent initiative, problem solving and communication skills
Role Description
Candidates will be focusing on NT/W2K server architectures, as well as custom and vendor application install, configuration, and support. Will manage own set of tasks in project activities, including owning and driving issues within the organization and with external vendors.
Responsibilities would include:
- Working with vendors to install applications in a Windows Server environment.
- Troubleshooting server environment issues.
- Installing layered products on Windows environments.
- Managing tasks within a project, creating tech management set of deliverables.
- Supporting production application environments.
Candidates must have the following skills/experience:
- Experience with Windows Server architectures
- Considered skilled in troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server environments.
The following skills and experiences are desired:
- Working knowledge of the project and IT methodology
- Windows NT and/or Windows 2000 admin experience
- Experience working on a Unix or Linux server platform
- Experience with the following areas: Siebel, Treasury/financial systems, SOX compliance principles, CMM.
