We are an international headhunting company and currently looking for some experts in financial area on behalf of our client. The positions as detailed below.
Senior Financial Analyst, Asia FP&A
Currently our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Asia FP&A to be based in Beijing and to join their talented and motivated team.
SUMMARY OF KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Assist the Controller, Asia FP&A to provide regular financial reporting and decision support analysis to the Asia Sales VP and Finance Director
· Support the budgeting activities and financial matters for all Regional cost centers supporting the Asia Channel Sales organization
· Assist the China Controller in managing the financial planning and analysis for the China Enterprise & Education business
· Work with the Asia Pacific & Japan Financial Planning team in Singapore and Country Controllers in actively managing the annual and quarterly forecasting process for Asia
· Improve forecasting process and system to increase predictability
· Develop and maintain resource planning model for head count and demand generation operating expense
· Work with country sales and regional support functions to provide financial support in special projects
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, planning and analysis.
· Strong Excel and analytical skills and the ability to handle large volume of information will be necessary for this role.
· Experienced in building financial models and scenario analysis to support decision-making
· A good team player and who is effective in gaining consensus.
· Dynamism, assertiveness and a positive attitude are key attributes for this role.
· Degree in Accounting or Finance equivalent, preferably with an MBA
