China Legal Career (CLC) is a US-based legal search firm with a PRC office in Beijing, China. Due to company expansion, we are now looking for an experienced legal recruiting consultant to join our Beijing office.

A successful candidate should meet most of the following requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ recruiting experience with reputable search firms
Strong communication capability and interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written English capability
Current lawyer or in-house counsel with good salesmanship is a plus
Good at search job execution and can work independently
With a curious mind, possessing entrepreneurial spirit and to be a self- starter
Familiarity with and knowledge about legal community is preferred
