1）Position: Application Architect

Responsibilities:

 Provide Technical leadership in the Product development team in pursuit of the development and delivery of Marketing Automation solutions that meet the documented user requirements and are delivered on-time and to budget.
 Architect various marketing automation solutions being packaged into the Product application based on J2EE to optimize performance, maintainability and portability.
 Design the various integration aspects of Product – between the Java components and the Oracle database, between the application server and Crystal Reports, etc.
 Initiate the introduction of new technologies with a view to extending the functionality of Product and/or improving the efficiency and quality of the development teams’ deliverables.
 Ensure conformance to organizational project management and technology methods, standards and practices and participate in their evolution
 Develop and implement an overall technical architecture and associated technical standards for the group.
 Convert user requirements/functional specifications/logical designs produced by the Product Manager/Integration Managers into Physical designs and developed solutions utilizing 3rd parties as necessary.
 Advise the Integration team on technology capabilities, issues and opportunities

Requirements:
 8+ years of IT operational experience
 Strong technical expertise in J2EE technologies and strong business acumen, preferably in the CRM domain and/or consumer finance industry.
 Should have managed in-house and third party development teams.
 Results-oriented individual with a track record of delivering to specification, on-time and within budget
 Strong functional knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, etc.
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Strategic/creative thinker, with demonstrated technology vision
 Ability to work as part of a global/cross-cultural team
 Desire to work in a dynamic and changing environment
 Quality focused in work production and process improvements
 Ability to create high quality technical documentation
