Deep understanding on software development and web technologies

Excellent communication skills

Smart, independent and proactive

Fluent in both oral/written Chinese/English
*
Doesn't mind traveling to China once every two months, or more

Research/analyze new web technologies in detail and write reports for senior management

Advocate our company's entrance into new strategic business areas
*
Work with development team to determine technical feasibility on strategic projects
*
Study best practices from industry peers and present findings for internal training
*
Attend conferences and visit companies to stay on top of the overall industry trend
