China Senior Recruiter
The primary purpose of the China Senior Recruiter role (US based) is to develop and execute superior US sourcing strategies for qualified professionals to be considered for China based roles with MSN. The successful candidate should be an accomplished and passionate recruiter, with demonstrated strategic thinking and a deep understanding of sourcing requirements, specifically lead and manager level candidates, to meet the ever-increasing hiring demands of this growth business.
This position is responsible for sourcing experienced lead and manager candidates outside of China. The role requires the organization of, and participation in, CHIME events, industry networking events related to appropriate demographics, internal PR events, sourcing events and agency networks that contribute to the strong pipeline of qualified candidates for Microsoft. The development and execution of a sustainable and scalable US sourcing strategy is the priority purpose of this position. Alongside the recruitment activity, this role will also be responsible for staffing reporting.
The Recruiter (US based) is to partner with the MSN staffing leadership in China, the Directors of each business group to build and lead a recruitment business that sources and hires great people from outside China in a timely and cost effective way. The role must manage the successful closure of open headcount whilst maintaining the high commitment to Microsoft’s unique culture, values and skills. The role has a large strategic component to develop a sustainable recruiting strategy - this includes initiatives around Employer of Choice; Industry Networking and Executive Recruiting Strategy; and Internal Education. The role will report regularly to the GMs and Directors on candidate mindset; pain-points in the recruiting business from a sourcing and process perspective; advertising strategy and the events schedule. The role is required to develop and deliver to business expectations whilst ensuring all candidates have a positive experience with Microsoft through seamless process; professional interaction with staff and clear communications regarding interview outcomes, offers and negotiations.

Strong Program Management - must be able to create internal and external PR and sourcing programs from scratch, manage program budgets and drive results
