Experience in project, maintenance or utility engineering
Strong communications, listening and influence skills
Strong customer service skills and Organizational skills
Ability to interact effectively across multiple levels and units of the organization
Work Responsibilities:
Ensure that the site operation is in full compliance with all applicable Corporate and governmental rules, regulations and standards.
Develop and measure customer satisfaction metrics for services. Balance customer satisfaction and cost to deliver optimal service.
Provide budget input and be responsible for budget performance.
Develop a strategic space planning strategy to insure best asset utilization for the site resources.
Manage the contractors and service providers and special projects as assigned by site manager.
Maintain and manage service training/spare parts to insure an agreed service level for the site.
Provide leadership and management for the project engineering, telecommunications, mechanical, and utilities department, general services, security, environmental, emergency response, etc.
Maintain an external network and benchmarking data to ensure that services are cost effective and best-in-class from a productivity perspective.
Create and maintain an organizational culture capable of working injury and incident free. Be a role model for the safety journey.
Participate and coordinate EH&S meetings and site shutdowns, as needed
Provide performance management and development coaching for individuals in the organization to insure each understands how to best contribute to the Company.
Participate in site/department committees as needed.

Participate in R&D center project system commissioning
Emergency manager for Site
Unanticipated utility shutdown coordination
