2003 Ph.D chemistry USA
2003-now, a small pharmaceutical company in US

A private chemical/pharmaceutical company in Zhejiang. 2-3 sites, about 200 employees, sales ~ RMB 200 million
First 6 months as Chief technologist, after that General Manager.

salary: RMB 30,000 after taxes per month
will get 30% of the profit of 3 years as bonus, and can use this money to buy up to 15% ownership.
Free car
Company only pay rent of an apartment in Hangzhou ( may purchase apartment later).

I have a stable job in USA now, so still hesitate.

Any suggestion about this offer? Thanks
