After reading your post here, I have a couple of suggestion to you:
Your ideas:
Your business objective:
provide health information database on Internet by e-business model or handheld mobile devices
Your target customer:
Residents in countryside areas
Product characteristic:
low cast and universal
Business strategy :
alliances with hospitals, medical materials suppliers, insurance companies, research institutions, and build on-line health communities with the widest reach.
What I am thinking in terms of your ideas:
1)Target customer is wrong.
How many years do the residents in countryside use Internet in China?
How to persuade they use Internal is cheap and useful way to improve their healthcare?
What does they really need at moment in China?
2)Provide health information database by handheld mobile devices is good ideas. But what kind of information you can provide? Is it specialization? Or can everyone run this business?
3) Doing e-business is tough task for management is to align business strategies processes, and applications fast, right and all at once. If you intend to have an alliance with hospitals, medical materials suppliers, insurance companies, research institutions, and build on-line health communities with the widest reach. You will take a nightmare.
Well, It is personal view. Probably, it has limitation.
