1. Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned customers, mainly Domestic Equipment, Power Equipment & Consumer Electronics, Parlex and IC accounts in Southern China.
Conduct regular customer call and visit for project and production follow up and problem solving
Handle business contract review, negotiate with external customers and BU’s on pricing and terms
Provide regular status report to management on customer visit, sales forecast, and project growth plan
Providing guidance and coaching to Sales Executives on project issues and customer complaints
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company product and capabilities, assist to promote company new products; provide market feedback and competitor information to management
Fulfill continuous improvement plan on inventory and AR control
Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
10 years sales experience in industry/precision component
Knowledge in motor product and application
Good presentation and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels of people, including senior management, technical supervisors and engineers
Good language skills, speak fluent English and Mandarin
2. GK Champing
Responsibilities:
Define and deliver the GK Plan - To determine in coordination with the Operations Manager the annual GK Plan for the Region, and to lead the GK Jenes for each site / B.U. to deliver the annual GK Plan for the Region.
Challenge all functions and departments on the status quo - help identify areas of improvement in all functions and help each function coordinate their GK projects.
Promote JEPS Culture - promote JEPS culture through the communication of JEPS visions and definitions to various levels of the organisation as well as across different functions. Setup regional awards and recognition programs.
Develop new GK Jenes - work with HR to assess and identify high potentials for GK Jenes. Establishes goals, monitors, and appraises the performance of GK Jenes. Teach, coach, and develop GK Jenes.
Training material & tools - Work with JEPS corporate office to produce localised versions of the standard training tools and material. Make sure GK Jenes in the region are trained and qualified to conduct the training program
Implement JEPS Processes - Support Operations Manager, GK Jenes, and plant managers in implement JEPS processes such as walkthroughs, visual management of inventory and scrap, office kaizen, etc.
7Document GK cases and cycles of learning - compile and document the GK activity to be shared with other sites and regions. Document the results - document the performance of the GK effort in the region and to promote the results.
Contribute with ideas an actions to JEPS Corporate to ensure a successful Annual Conference. Coordinate the delivery of the pre-work needed from the Region. Assist to JEPS Corporate on the homework from the Conference for the Region.
Coordinate the Genba Kaizen activity with the Sensei within the Region. Ensure that the GK Jenes have prepared the teams with the proper pre-work and training. Assist JEPS Corporate during the event. Doing follow-up with the homework to ensure closure.
Maintain the JEPS Portal - submit useful GK cases and regular result updates to the JEPS Portal. Make sure JEPS portal content is relevant and easy to access for that region.
Requirements:
For this position, attitude is more important than knowledge. We are looking for open minded and hungry individuals who are not afraid to speak their minds and challenge the status quo.
6-10 years experience in Genba Kaizen or Lean. 2+ years leading GK work in JE. Knowledge and Experience in Genba Kaizen / Lean manufacturing, 6S and Problem Solving. Deep experience in competing systems such as six sigma is a negative.
Experience with Standard work, Work Combination Tables, Line Balancing, Process Flow and basic knowledge of Toyota Production Systems / Genba Kaizen / Lean manufacturing. Must attain the right level of Certification from GK Assesment Center.
Production Control, Production and Quality Systems knowledge. Project Management experience. Able to establish the Annual Plan in coordination with the Operations General Manager and roll-out the Plan to the GK Jenes and GK Leaders.
Able to close the gap between in the Plants within the Region. Have good communication skills, professional manners and understanding of different cultures globally is required. More than one language required for the Region would be a plus.
,Able to lead and motivate people in cross functional, multicultural teams within and across Regions. Act as a liaison across the Region and the Headquarters. Challenge the Region to implement and provide best practices to be implemented Globally.
Experience working with the Sensei to ensure successful external Genba Kaizen activities, and supporting multiple globally teams to ensure a successful Annual Conferences.
3. Sr. Quality Engineer.
Assist Quality & Reliability Manager in running the daily operations;
Lead a team of Quality Engineers, Technician, QA leader and QA/QC inspectors to accomplish the set goals
Liaisons with customers and production to develop or improve the quality of products
Requirements :
Bachelor degree with strong background in manufacturing or engineering;
5 to 7 years working quality function;
8D report writing;
Knowledge in motors manufacturing preferred;
Customer audit handling experience;
Fluent English capability (Customers are from US, Singapore, Malaysia).
4.Senior Mechanical Designing Engineer for C&S:
Responsibilities:
Work with BU PE/Eng to define the production process and machine concept for new projects;
Design the simple transfer system with existing fixture/machines;
Monitor the project progress and solve the technical barriers, make sure the project can meet the requirement, such as quality, cost, LT;
Lead the GK activity, implement of simple transfer system on autorotation line design to reduce operator and improve quality;
Work with PE and assembly technician to implement the DFM and DFA technology.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or above,3 year or above machine designing working experience;
Strong knowledge on mechanical design, especially on simple mechanical arm system design;
Know the basic knowledge on lean manufacturing, such as cell line and ChaKu-ChaKu line;
Experience in mechanical arm design with airless actuator;
Could work in Shenzhen, China.

5. Senior Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily quality performance of division;
Line Quality like Scrap, PPM & Customer QNCR;
Ensure operation adhere with procedure, quality & safety(line Audit) work with customer to improve quality issue & prepare 8D on time;
Continuous Quality improvement by GK;
Team daily production meeting & update quality issues weekly & monthly quality review meeting with team management meeting update on Quality performance.
Requirements :
Engineering Degree/Diploma and/or experienced with Mechanical, Materials, Chemical and/or Manufacturing Engineering;
Special preferences towards plastic injection molding & me<x>tal stamping. Experienced with magnets, powder me<x>tal and/or engineering ceramics desirable;
Highly experienced with mechanical drawings, print reading and mechanical measurements related to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing);
Experienced with TS16949 and/or ISO13485 quality systems, Problem solving skills related to 5-why, Fishbone/Ishikawa method, DOEs, Correlation Studies, Checklists, 8D process, SPC;
Johnson Electric Production System (JEPS) (Lean Manufacturing experience, six sigma, gemba/genba kaizen / GK;
Experienced with Product Development Processes (JEPDS) and Program and/or project management experience (PMP certification or similar);
Demonstrated leadership, willing to confront and address problems directly, managed projects and cross-functional teams;
Excellent soft skills dealing with customers, management and internal peers and subordinates to solve problems using win-win approach;
Good effective written and verbal communications skills in English & Mandarin/Putonghua.
6. Project Manager for C&S
Responsibilities:
To lead Global Projects for China operations.
Form business alignment with Global subsidiaries to establish project development roadmap & action plan.
Establish total project time line and sub-actions time line for each work units.
To set key milestones to track progress & update with Global project team regularly .
Develop corrective actions / catch-up plan as when necessary.
Manage manufacturing resources alignment in conjunction with the Request for Quote process
Requirements:
Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years working experiences with MNC manufacturing company.
Relevant work knowledge in large-scale projects with in-depth project management know-how.
Able to handle multi-projects (at least 5) concurrently.
Good analytical skill & problem solving skill, must be a hands-on person.
Able to conduct constructive discussions / negotiations with Cross Function Teams (customers)
