Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the high availability of production system and keep improving existing infrastructure.
2. Overseeing the development team and managing the full life cycle of the development process, ensures that all development practices are in compliance with best practices.
3. Collaborate with the executive team to assess and recommend technologies to support company organizational needs.
Qualifications:
1. Must be enthusiastic, performance-driven self-starter and team player.
2. Must be extremely hands-on with excellent troubleshooting skill.
3. 8+ years experience of building large scale web applications, with deep understanding of all technologies to build scalable web and mobile cross-platform product, including LAMP, javascript, HTML5, SQL and NoSQL, iOS and Android.
4. Strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to use cutting edge technology
5. Strong expertise with Linux/Unix system and network protocols.
6. Previous start-up experience is a strong plus
7. Experience with cloud and big data infrastructure a plus
