Financial Operation Manager
Responsibilities:
- You and the team will work closely with ThoughtWorks Global Finance Team based in different countries to deal with finance related affairs, including account receivable, account payable, invoice, financial reports and other relevant things required by the company or the department.
- You will take the responsibility of communication with global team to clarify confusion, raise problems and identify risks, share experiences and solutions, achieve the agreement between global and the local team.
- You will lead a small team with 3-5 finance specialists, manage their daily work, help to detect, analyze and solve problems in both professional work and inside the team, stimulate the team morale and ensure effective internal cooperation. You will also accountable for managing their performance, building the team and providing junior members with proper coach.
- Other minor affairs
Qualifications:
- Proficient English skills in reading and writing as well as listening and speaking to ensure clear -communication and idea transmission with the global team.
- To manage the local team, you will be required to have practical experiences in team management, coach and people communication.
- Basic financial knowledge is necessary.
- If you have 3 years or above working experiences that might help you to get the trust and adapt yourself to the work more easily.
