Functional Role & Responsibilities:
The Business Consultant will report to a Director within the DtR or StO Solution Units and will be responsible for
- Working with both internal customers and dealers to reengineer, commercial processes given the implementation of the new commercial systems from the generation of new innovative ideas.
- Document these new processes and implement them into the dealers and market companies.
- Make recommendations of changes to the dealer business model based on technology opportunities in the areas of customer lifecycle management (CLM) and retail solutions.
- Collaborate closely with customers to produce solutions to meet their business objectives and manage these through the implementation process
Required Background and Experience:
- A customer centric person who can understand customer strategies and objectives.
- Understand the dealers and market companies commercial processes particularly in the area of commercial transactions (new and used truck sales, parts and service sales)
- Understand the dealers and market companies business model
- 5+years of experience providing IT solutions in sales force automation, customer offers & order management
- Ability to facilitate collaboration toward consensus and buy-in
- Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
- Experience working globally in a multi-cultural environment (highly desirable)
- Project management including the ability to facilitate human change management
- Natural innovator
- A person with a can do attitude that has a proven ability to get results
- Likes working in an open, honest and transparent environment
