Job objectives
This position will act as business partner and provide financial planning, analysis and support to the management team of OPC (Operating Profit Center) and CRT (Country Resource Team) in order to improve revenue, profit, cash flow and reduce risk exposure.
Job Responsibilities
• Leading the process of and work in conjunction with top management team for preparations of outlook / forecast / operating plan / budget / strategic plan;
• Driving the process and coordinating the preparation of various management reports
• Provide reporting and analysis support to management team, such as analyze variances / KPIs and prepare reports for management reviews;
• Provide ad hoc analysis as per the request of management team to improve the operational efficiency;
• Work with finance teams to ensure a quick and efficient information flow;
• Implement remediation actions / tracking plans to get back to target / budget / forecast / GDP
• Conduct Balance sheet review to ensure strong control and compliance;
• Standardize and continually improve the financial reporting processes and procedures efficiency;
• Develop lean activities in reporting processes and supports shared services initiatives;
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in financial or accounting fields;
• 7+ years of financial experience, with 3+ years in FP&A in MNC dealing with multi-entities (at least 2+ year at management level)
• Past experience in Logistics/service industry background will be a plus
• Highly motivated, self-starter, confident, able to work with limited supervision.
• Ability to work well in team environment and to perform under pressure/tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Should be highly analytical, meticulous and demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal
