• Lead the development of the PACN’s overall supply and logistics strategy
• Establish purchasing budgets, plans, policies, systems and procedures that will achieve these strategic objectives.
• Identify, evaluate and capitalize on opportunities to reduce purchasing costs by improving the PACN’s buying patterns and supply channels.
• Evaluate, negotiate and manage the most complex or strategically important supplier and vendor relationships to secure term that are in the PACN’s best interest.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop the PUR professional team to ensure that purchasing activities meet established targets and standards.
• Search/assess/develop suppliers for catalogue components and machining parts
• Search/assess/develop suppliers for indirect material and service
• Arrange a database of qualified suppliers, evaluate them, and monitor their performance on an ongoing way. Organize; conduct suppliers’ audits and review.
• Responsible for the operation of daily procurement
• Enforce purchasing policies within CP & PA/PUR.
• Lead the sourcing team to develop potential suppliers with best price, quality, delivery terms and enough capacity;
• Responsible for Incoming parts inspection and supplier development in the meaning of quality and on time delivery
• Set up yearly sourcing objective, supplier development plan according production pl Working with Project team to adapt the design fitting localization
• An of BUs.
• Set up price terms, payment terms, and cost-down plans.
• Ensure legal compliance and compliance to the Bosch Central Directives
• BS/MS Forging, metal Material, Engineering or equivalent.
• More than 8 years working experience in PUR/Sourcing area and more than 3 years experience in strategic leadership role
• 5+ years experience in Forging or metal material engineering. Ability to interpretation of drawings/specifications and manufacturing process planning.
• Demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skill is requested. Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Strong process management skill
• Ability to work in cross-functional, global team environment.
