Global Call Center Software + Services Provider.

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ As a member of Pre-sales team, with other solution consultants providing pre-sales support for all projects in Greater China
+ Implement the company's Unified Communications products and interfacing and troubleshooting issues with support
+ Role is focused on customers' satisfaction and technical needs, while contributing to meet sales goals
+ Interface with and troubleshooting issues with support
Requirements:
+ Technical or relevant degree education background
+ Experience in Call Center Professional (at Complex Enterprise Level) with strong technical understanding is must
+ More than 5 years relevant working experience, such as Call Center Solution
+ Strong communication and problem solving skill
+ Willing to learn new technologies and ability to learn them quickly.
+ Should be highly self-motivated to carry out Responsibilities in co-ordination with other Support Teams.
+ Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin
