Multinational selling hardware products to discounters and specialty retail stores.

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Assist the Branch Manager in handling all operational aspects in China Operations Center in Shaoxing, such as logistics and administration
+ Support the Branch Manager in managing daily operations in a reliable manner
+ Remain in contact with suppliers for packing details of the goods with shipping marks
+ Coordinate booking with authorized forwarding agents and inform Supply Chain Management in the Austrian Headquarter and Hong Kong of the shipping schedule
+ Obtain shipping documentation (BL, Form A, CI & PL) on time, and mail them by DHL to the concerned person as per requirement; meanwhile upload the scanned copies into ProAlpha Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
+ Update export information in Zcope Project Management program, coordinate with suppliers for container consolidation in Shaoxing
+ Prepare the related documents and export customs declaration and arrange documents delivery between company and government authorities
+ Prepare stock receipt & invoice control in ProAlpha (ERP) system, clarify the inland charges
+ Prepare the Accounting Books according to the requirement of Finance Department and be competent contact person for local staff and subsidiaries
+ Coordinate Invoicing of all shipments within ProAlpha, manage Warehouse system ProAlpha
Requirements:
+ Bachelor Degree or higher in a relevant subject and very good commercial education
+ More than 3 years experience in sourcing, logistics, merchandising and export
+ Work experience within an international enterprise as well as forwarding and logistics
+ Experience in dealing with off-shore markets and international customers and working with textile products or automotive accessories and good knowledge of fabrics preferred
+ Sufficient IT skills, particularly with respect to MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Efficient and effective communicator, excellent planning and organizing as well as presentation skills
+ Meticulous / pays attention to detail / punctual and precise, reliable and confident, a strong self-initiator
+ Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English (English level at CET 6 or TEM 8 or equivalent)
+ Willing to travel extensively within China as well as work and live in Shaoxing
