职位描述：
A. Basic Purpose and Function:
• Oversees the manufacture of parts and/or equipment, and develops and implements production methods, schedules, procedures, and standards.
• Supervise the behavior of all working staff
•
B. Communication:
Internally (Indicate level, reason for, and frequency of contact internally):
• Communicate with cross function department for production related issues, like material, technical drawing, quality standards, etc.
• Communicate with subordinates for the production schedule, process, and standards.

• With suppliers or customer about production related issues.

C. Supervision (Indicate level, nature, reason, and number of employees supervised and frequency of supervision received and given. What is the functional area(s), amount of budget /sales, countries, etc. that the job is responsible for):
• Give working order to Production supervisors and shift supervisors
D. Qualifications (minimum education and relevant experience necessary to perform the job
successfully. List specialized equipment, software and machines used in performing the work):
• Mechanically inclined with ability to effectively resolve technical problems.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and theory in assigned area.
• Computer skills: Knowledge of work processing and spreadsheet applications required (MS Word & Excel preferred). Familiarity with manufacturing resource planning software required.
• Managerial and/or leadership training skills required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels in the organization.
• Strong organization and time management skills required.
• Ability to effectively resolve employee issues and concerns.
