Client:
A joint venture subsidiary of the largest European Integrator of construction hardware which has good reputation in construction hardware field in China
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

General Manager
Travelling:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Find leads, make sales presentations, prepare and submit quotations, negotiate and close orders with customers
+ Calculate budget and submit proposals to customers as well as contracts
+ Support management in defining the sales strategy in China
+ Integrate with and support the company plans
+ Identify and prioritize company sales support activities to maximize opportunities for growth with assessment of likely gains: short term, medium term and long term
+ Submit accurate and regular report to top management with summary of sales activity, customer relation issues and sales pipeline upon an agreed format and frequency
+ Ensure, through continuous prospecting activity, that adequate sales leads are generated to meet sales targets at an assumed conversion rate
+ Arrange and accompany customer visits independently or together with top management
+ Cooperate with other internal departments to optimally handle existing clients and prospects
+ Develop and update market knowledge
+ Maintain current knowledge of customer and competitor activity
+ Other duties and projects as required
Requirements:
+ College Degree or higher
+ Good understanding of technical blueprints is preferred
+ 5 + years of working in a sales function
+ Relevant working experience with Door and Window Hardware
+ Existing network of distributors for Door and Window Hardware strongly preferred
+ Computer literacy, using “Windows” and “MS Office”
+ Knowledge of ERP and Citrix System is preferred
+ Effective and efficient communication skills
+ Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
+ Customer – focused
+ Ability of working independently and under pressure
+ Ability to meet deadlines
+ Self-motivated, flexible and a team-player is preferred
+ Fluency in Mandarin (written and oral)
+ Good command of English (written and oral)
+ Proficiency in German (written and oral) is preferred
+ Meticulous / pays attention to detail
+ Strong quality awareness, assertive, a strong self-initiator
+ Willing to work and live in Beijing
+ Willingness to travel extensively within China
+ Willingness to engage in long-term employment
+ Driving License
+ Clean and neat appearance
+ Having a car is preferred
