responsibility:
Use the latest tools and techniques (currently Artificial intelligence, Business Intelligence, Ruby on Rails, xml, Agile Methodologies, Web Services...)
Drive the design and construction of a complex business problems into innovative technology solutions
Do hands-on coding and proactively mentor developers
Coach development teams of 5 to 10 people from project definition through implementation
Create complex, rich usability challenging business applications
Work directly with world class software engineers, product managers and our CTO
Communicate with lawyers, accountants including effective use of solutions, proposals and other effective manners.
Skills:
6+ years experience of analysis, design, development and implementation of large-scale OO applications
Strong development experience with OO languages such as Java, JavaEE, Ruby on Rails, Python, Groovy, C#, MySQL, SHELL, Unix/Linux
Strong knowledge of design patterns, refactoring, testing driven design, automation testing and unit testing
Prefere to have Agile Methodology knowledge, such as Extreme Programming (XP) & SCRUM
Leadership experience in directing team in specific project activities, estimation and resolving urgent problems.
Track record in delivering complex Web based business applications under pressure and tough deadline.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English in international hi-tech companies.
Ideally with an academic background Master/PHD in Computer Science or Engineering
本科以上学历，5年（Senior Engineer）/7年（Tech Lead）以上软件开发经验，有大型的基于OO的应用产品开发经验，3年以上互联网软件产品开发经验；
Java, JavaEE, Ruby on Rails, Python, Groovy, SHELL，以上一种或多种语言实际开发经验，coding的基础要很好；
有解决疑难问题及棘手技术问题的能力与经验；
英文口语能够较流利地沟通（面试流程全英文，在北京的office，公司有1/4员工为美国人）

熟悉敏捷开发；
计算机硕士/博士学历；
薪酬构成：base*12+奖金+股权
职位薪酬最低20万（不包括股权）
