Travelling:
< 15 % possibly traveling abroad
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a leader to technical writer team
+ Monitor the team on special cases / projects
+ Effectively manage team and report to General Manager
+ Produce technical information in text, picture or multimedia
+ Closely cooperate with our customers Research and Development
+ Investigate customer’s information needs and develop appropriate information solutions
+ Cooperate with experts from other countries
+ Be part of a team that is driven by quality
+ Opportunities to work abroad
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in technical fields of Telecommunication, Software or related
+ Master degree in technical fields of Telecommunication, Software or related is a plus
+ 5-7 years working experience in technical or similar field, with 3 years’ experience as a technical writer
+ 3+ years team and project management experience
+ Proven ability to structure information in an unstructured surrounding is a plus
+ Good PC (MS-office, Windows) skills
+ Experienced with design software and xml Editing and Frame Maker
+ Strong leadership and project management skills
+ Strong communication skills
+ Proactive and a drive for excellence
+ Good organizing ability
+ Good presentation skills
+ A PMP certificate holder is a plus
+ Fluent in Mandarin (written and oral)
+ Fluent in English (written and oral)
+ Fluent in Cantonese (written and oral) is a plus
+ Ability to work independently
+ Team player
+ Willing to work and live in Guangzhou
+ > 29 years
