Senior Manager /Associate Director /Director
Responsibilities:
-Design, implement , and supervise autoimmune disease/inflammation projects
-Provide intellectual insights into scientific data and results
-Supervise and direct the work of Scientists, Associate Scientists, Research Associates
-Interfaces with cross-function groups
-Write patent applications, study reports, project update, data summaries.
-Publish manuscripts in peer-reviewed journals and/or oral presentation at scientific meetings, national or international meetings
-Investigate possible external opportunities and participate in the development of external contacts and collaborations, evaluate in-licensing projects
Qualifications:
-Ph.D. or the equivalent in Life Science, especially, in Immunology, Molecular and cell biology, Biochemistry. etc.
-Typically 5+ years of scientific experiences
-Skills in management of lab, project, staff and resources
-Skills in determining and pursuing a course of action necessary to obtain scientific results
-Skills in communication and presentation
-Managerial experience
-Knowledge of drug research and development process
-Industry new drug discovery experience
