POSITION:Brand Physician
JOB PURPOSE
The role and responsibility of the Brand Physician is to maximize brand value
to China whilst ensuring our business is conducted in compliance with our comp
any SOPS and China regulations in line with our mission of ‘Winning the Right
Way’.
BP is a key member of the Brand Team or New Product Team providing medical lea
dership to drive formation and delivery of brand strategy and objectives and c
reating the leading edge Medical Marketing practice in China.
BP provides medical leadership to any R&D Project team and Clinical Delivery T
eam set up in support of delivering Project Team or New Product Teamobjectives
.
BP is a position in the Physician’s Ladder in Medical Affairs.
KEY TASKS
Provide medical expert perspective on a variety of activities overlapping wit
h Marketing, Clinical Development and Sales.
R26;Identification of information gaps including insight on competitor data
. Provide options on how to address those gaps based on scientific criteria un
der the guidance of Senior Brand Physician, Medical Manager or Medical Affair
s Director
R26;Participate as key member of brand team as strategic partner towards LC
M actions including potential business development opportunities.
R26;Providing medical input to the creation, development and agreement of p
romotional material and ensure all material is in line with internal SOPs and
meets IFPMA code whilst driving brand value
R26;Providing medical input to assist the Marketing Manager in delivering t
he Publication Plan
R26;Providing medical leadership to faculty, program and content developmen
t for National Congresses, ABs and Symposia and KOL development under the guid
ance of Medical Manager or Medical Affairs Director
R26;Establish relationships with KOL, other clinicians, advocacy groups and
specific regulators.
R26;Partner with training department on the design, plan and execution of s
pecific trainings related to respective therapeutic area.
R26;Consistent effective work across a range of internal departments.
R26;Develop the Medical Plan for the year aligned with the Brand plan. ( on
e part of the other)
R26;Ability to effectively communicate his/her vision of the medical implic
ation on the Therapeutic Area of involvement
R26;Providing local medical expertise to GPTs to ensure appropriate registr
ation strategies are developed for China and providing medical input to global
protocols, study feasibility and operational delivery under the guidance of M
edical Manager or Medical Affairs Director
R26;Develop local study protocols and provide medical support to ensure cli
nical studies are carried out in accordance with AZ SOPS and cGCP under the gu
idance of Medical Manager or Medical Affairs Director.
R26;Establish relationships with investigators and support the Clinical Tea
m to select appropriate investigators and sites optimising quality, delivery a
nd commercial benefit
R26;Provide medical input and support to CDTLs to ensure clinical studies a
re delivered on time
R26;Perform safety medical reviews and surveillance for clinical studies
R26;Input to global patient risk management plan and ensure any appropriate
local action is taken
R26;Provide medical input to the R&D project team for risk and opportunity
management
期望：1.医学硕士，心血管方向；2.3年以上工作经验；3.英文熟练。
