Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand job requirements of hiring officers and evaluate different recruiting channels for efficient recruitment and employment.
2. Fully responsible for job postings and update of recruitment websites.
3. Fully responsible for handling headhunter contract review, maintaining partnership with them, reviewing and reporting their performance periodically.
4. Directly responsible for assigned positions from receiving people requisition form (PRF) till successful recruitment and employment of candidates.
5. Involve in key HR projects such as Relocation/ Referral/Retention/PD; and provide necessary assistance to Corporate HR Director when needed.
6. Liaise with HR colleagues in US/EU/Asia Pacific.
7. Involve in development and implementation of related HR policy/Template/Process/Tool.
8. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualifications:
1) College degree with major in English, HR or business management; Oversea returnee preferred
2) At least two years’ experience in recruitment and selection in US or EU based companies.
3) Experience in working with professional recruiters. Team player.
4) Ability in communication in English.
5) Responsible, aggressive and willing to work under tight schedule and reasonably high pressure.
