The Role:
We are currently looking for talented speech scientists to help strengthen our culturally-diverse Research and Development team, who are on a mission to develop the next generation of technology and products for language assessment and learning. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, solid track record in academia or industry, and have demonstrated creativity in building speech systems with revolutionary designs. We welcome candidates who are motivated and enthusiastic about what they do to apply for this position.
职位要求：
1. 语音技术（或相关专业）硕士/博士；
2. 精通自动语音识别技术，特别是在声学建模方面；
3. 具有面向对象语言(C++, C# or Java)和脚本语言(Perl or Python)的精湛编程技术；
4. 熟练的英语书面表达和口头交流能力；
5. 有发音评测方面语音技术的应用经验者优先；
6. 具有音调分析经验者优先；
7. 具有智能识别服务器开发经验者优先；
8. 具有商务应用软件开发经验者优先。
Job Requirements：
1. MS or PhD degree in speech technology (or related discipline).
2. Expertise in automatic speech recognition, especially in acoustic modeling.
3. Excellent programming skills in both object-oriented languages (C++, C# or Java) and scripting languages (Perl or Python).
4. Excellent communication skills in written and oral English.
5. Experience in any of the following areas of expertise is desirable, but not essential:
- application of speech technologies for pronunciation assessment;
- pitch analysis;
- development of recognition servers
- development of commercial software.
