Function & Role
Accountable:
Management of the functionalities of Procurement at industry benchmark levels With the objective to achieve a competitive advantage. For ensuring data availability, clarity and truth Maintenance of reporting and controlling schedules that Will ensure the global control over the entire Purchasing Volume and all relevant performance indicators. The objective 15 to deliver a benchmark level competitive advantage by applying State of the art financial and accounting mechanisms.
KPIS:
Audits by internal & external functions on the accountable deliverables. Shared KPIS with Processes & System function and selected productivity KPIS.
Responsible for key procurement levers:
Performance Data Management: PVO, Savings ( i.e . PPC , DTC TCA , PT ) , No Supplier , No Parts, etc Department statistics: Budget ( i.e wages , training , events , Consulting fees, travel), HC,HC turnover. Standard reporting and special reporting optimization , etc. Approvals for expenses for department'5 internal usage
People:
Global selection , positioning , performance management , training , Career path planning with HR and Coaching & mentoring within segment under management
Overall Requirements :
Proven performance track record in finance accounting and controlling
outstanding ability in managing and analyzing financial data / information ( selection , consolidation and interpretation ) outstanding knowledge and understanding of system based data generation and management
Strong background of financial proceedings and requirements . Must be able to build ties to the CFO organization Strong academic and conceptual background (university, ongoing expert education & Seminars) Ability and willingness to travel 1-3 month a year
