Job Responsibilities
• Conduct manager interviews frequently in order to meet the demand of high growth in China office.
• Receive new hire assignment with directors and request all necessary accounts for new user (email, subversion…etc.) before new hire starts.
• Handle status form request to China Network support and Admin/HR in order to prepare new pc, work cube, and payroll for new hire assigned to the team.
• Hand-off new hire to North American manager to start work preparation for new hire
• Prepare and conduct 30 days feedback for new hire after his/her start date by gathering feedbacks from new hire’s direct co-workers in the team (including North American co-workers)
• Prepare and conduct probation review for new hire including sending probation review email to director and corresponding NA director and manager for approval.
• Prepare and conduct semi year performance review for team members in the team.
• Prepare salary bumping email of involved team members to Jean for approval
• Approve team member’s vacation request by consolidating request with NA manager/lead and China leads according to project schedule.
• Book weekly 1 – 1 meeting with director for discussing job progress and any team member career problem
• Book and conduct periodical (weekly or biweekly) check-in meetings with various teams’ NA managers or leads in order to make China team’s daily operation smoothly and meet each product team’s expectations.
• Book and conduct periodical operation/strategy meetings with corresponding NA directors in order to make sure China team is updated with latest information about operations or strategy

Job Requirements
• Minimal 3 years experience as a Team Lead having specifically managed teams on complex software development or integration projects
• Minimal 2 years experience managing the full life cycle development of custom applications in Java or .NET environments including the design, development, testing, delivery and support
• Develop & implement project documentation standards, processes & practices begin to introduce the AGILE methodology to the environment
• Experience working complex database technologies
• Coordinate with other PMs and BAs to ensure the initiation of business process transformation based on previous analysis
• Develop relationships and communicate with key stakeholders in multiple offices
• Prepare regular progress reports for various stakeholders including the Project Charter and Management plan
• Degree in Computer Science or the equivalent College Diploma
