KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:
Be responsible for technology improvement, new technology deployment, tooling design, job tooling, curative and preventive maintenance
Ccontinuous improvement and cost reduction focus by understanding of modern lean manufacturing techniques
Cooperate with R&D center in Shanghai in new product acquisition, validation and introduction of new products
Cooperate with Manufacturing Engineering center in Rugby for new processes development and deployment
Evaluate and be selective with existing systems and processes in the above functions and make appropriate improvement
Be responsible for new investment payback
Be responsible for his costs centers (tooling costs, maintenance cost…)
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
Training in principles of management, lean manufacturing and finance is preferred
3 - 5 years' experience in similar positions in multinational automotive companies
Strong leadership and influencing skill, team builder
Ability to drive growth with “can-do spirit”
Excellent execution skill
A good communicator with a proven track record of delivering tangible results through effective management and delegation
Fluent in spoken and written English (must be very good)
EADUCATION REQIREMENTS:
Master degree (engineer) with mechanical background is preferred.
