ITO BD Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Cooperate with global sales team to reach China sales targets;
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and key leaders from national and international clients;
3. Exploit global and domestic IT outsourcing pipelines, mining and maintaining existing clients;
4. Lead, coach and monitor the sales & marketing activities to achieve the sales and profit objectives of IT outsourcing business.
Qualifications:
1. Have well and broad established client relationships and industry channels; have strong proven connections to cover target clients’ middle and senior management team;
2. Have excellent ability on project planning and execution; understand development trend, business issues and requirements; have acute insight into relevant market;

Senior BD Manager-BPO
Responsibilities:
1. Establish target client list and develop pipeline for BPO, includes outsourcing, solution and consulting;
2. Work proactively as part of the Sales and Marketing team;
3. Educate and evangelize the BPO industry;
4. Represent Genpact at sector-targeted events and associations;
5. Contribute to the mining of market to increase opportunity of cooperation with 3rd-party operators;
6. Educate and keep abreast Genpact’s management on status and evolution in individual 3rd-party channels;
7. Work with marketing to develop appropriate collateral;
8. Frequent travel around the region as necessary to meet with customers.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 8 years’ professional experience in consulting or marketing;
2. Strong connection and good relationship with government, MNC and local large conglomerate;
3. Highly experienced in interactive discussion with CXOs;
4. Strong analytical skills with broaden business knowledge;
5. Previous media experience essential;

Hyperion Planning/Essabase Technical/Functional Consultant
responsibilities:
1. Code and test extraction transformation and load programs,
2. Develop and maintain data source to target data mapping,
3. Build and support the Planning metadata repository, including defining data standards and naming conventions,
4. Assist in the design of an efficient, reliable Essbase, Planning cube,
5. Create calculation scripts/business rules as per business logic,
6. Assist in the development and optimization of reports and queries using Analyzer, Excel adding and Hyperion Reports,
7. Be able to perform database optimization,
8. Perform unit and system testing and data validation,
9. Automate data load activities by writing Esscmd/MaxL scripts,
10. Write shell scripts to perform other maintenance tasks like backup/recovery etc.
Requirements:
1. 5-6 years of IT services industry experience as a developer/analyst,
2. At least 2-3 full life cycle of Hyperion Essbase/Planning implementation experience OR Experience of 3-4 Hyperion Essbase/Planning system maintenance/support and enhancement projects as an administrator,
3. Ability to create Business rules and Webforms in Hyperion Planning,
4. Working experience on multiple currency in Hyperion Planning,
5. Functional knowledge in Finance is desirable,
6. Hands-on experience including experience on optimizing and fine tuning databases,
7. Good English oral communication skills to be able to participate in internal team meetings and weekly meetings with the customer,
8. Good E-mail communication skills to be able to write clear, effective and to the point E-mails within team and to the customer.
IT Specialist-Network Management
Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of Network management and maintenance;
2. Shoot troubles for internal and external customers in network management;
3. Provide solutions in network establishment & management for new customers and new processes.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, good English reading and writing ability; Japanese speaking is preferred;
2. 3 Years above big Network management experience;
3. Cisco certification CCNA,CCNP is preferred;
4. Avaya PBX management experience is preferred;
5. In depth understanding of PC, Server, hardware and peripherals.
Information Security Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Take charge of information security management, including vulnerability scanning, Intrusion detection systems, Personal Firewalls, Anti-Virus technologies;
2. Conduct periodic security audits, reviews and risk assessments to ensure compliance in lieu of the security policy, ISO 27001, SAS70, SOX etc;
3. Provide solutions in information security management for new customers and new processes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good English Communication
2. Technical Expertise in security management tools for vulnerability scanning, Intrusion
detection systems, Personal Firewalls, Anti- Virus technologies;
2. Should have skills in Software Development Risk Analysis (SDLC security review);
3. Experience of working independently & as a team player;
4. Should have more than 1.5 years experience in Information Security. Additional experience could be of other IT functions (Software development, Server/Network Management, IT Operations Management, etc) with total experience of 5+ years.
Master Black Belt
Responsibilities:
1. Use 6 Sigma & Lean initiatives to drive process improvements;
2. Identify key customer satisfaction metrics and drive improvement in performance, ensure operational definitions and performance targets are based on customer expectations,
3. Organize best practice sharing & implementation,
4. Facilitate a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data,
5. Mentor Black Belts on Six Sigma and mentor Six Sigma quality projects,
6. Align BBs with Operations Big Ys and process deliverables,
7. Lead GDC audit.
Requirements：
1. 5 + years experience in IT Services / IT Operations / IT Consultancy;
2. 5 + years people management experience;
3. 3+ years quality experience with BB certified;
4. Strong analytical skills;
5. Good communication & influencing skills;
6. Demonstrated project management skills with ability to handle multi tasks;
7. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English & preferably bilingual in English & Japanese.
Business Intelligence Senior Consultant
Responsibilities:
1． Participate in Requirement Gathering, prepare OLAP Design, Strategy and Specifications. And ETL Design, Strategy and Specifications,
2． Develop and test Semantic layer (Universes), Reports independently and help other team members,
3． Assist in the design of an efficient, reliable Data Model, ETL & OLAP scripts,
4． Prepare Unit, SIT and Performance ETL and Report test cases,
5． Participate during User Acceptance Testing, Maintain Issue Tracker,
6． Should be able to inculcate Best Practices, OLAP and ETL Coding standards and execution model,
7． Should drive Knowledge Management and Reusability for OLAP/ETL components in the project,

1. Candidate should be a graduate in BE/MCA/M.SC Computers,

3. Should able to Front End during customer interaction & Project Execution experience,
4. Should have knowledge on MS-Project Planner, Scope, Assumptions & Issue Tracker system,
5. Should be a keen learner, self-starter and coach the team,
6. Should have complete knowledge prior experience of SDLC Life cycle or DW implementation methodology,
7. Should have good knowledge on DW Concepts and vertical Domain,
8. Should have at least 3 to 4 years of DW implementation/production support (Case resolution) experience in OLAP/ETL tools. Overall 4-6 years experience. Onsite or offshore model,
9. Should be good in English and Chinese or Japanese,
