Since inputking.com is not working now, let's just keep it short. Yesterday, we knew SEC's next move, and we saw T-bill, gold's performance, and we heard all the news screaming that the end of stock market is coming, Vix was on the 2nd day above 30. The market was in panic mode but not desperate yet. It's a not bad exit point for shorts to take profits. Today, market had a good start but everything faded away quickly. At 1:00PM, the so called "lunch over" time, vix spiked to 42 and index dropped like stone. This was DESPERATION and it's the time to pull the trigger. The place appeared most dangerous was the safest place. MS, GS, UYG, etc. On the other side, DGP was way too hot. The rest was a 600 points rally, and we all knew the reasons. It's an exciting day. Looking back, s&p 500 closed around 1230 on last Fri. Tomorrow, the OE day, it most likely will close around 1230. If so, kill most calls in first 3 days, then waste most puts at last two days, that's CLASSIC.
Did we touch the bottom today? That's the question. Don't count tomorrow as a follow through, let's see what will happen next Monday.
