1. scanning probe microscope
2. Ph.D. in chemistry, I did my thesis on SPM. I could not find any other job, and I did not want to be postdoc.
3. work harder, make less money, be nice to every customer, be patient to every question they have.
4. help my reps make money, tell them everything I know, work twice as hard as they do. Go to as many as possible trade shows and conferences. Make friends with other engineers and scientists, learn everything they know, they are the people who taught me everything I know and saved my ass in front of customer.
