Director CPC
The director of Account Management is responsible for the management of our clients' campaigns on our performance-based advertising products. He/she will lead a team to help China-based clients to launch and optimise their campaigns globally as well as supporting international clients interested to advertise to Chinese travellers. This position is critical to revenue growth from both domestic and international clients, which will be achieved through successful sales strategy, meaningful suggestion on campaign optimization, effective communication and healthy relationships.
Responsibility:
o Lead the team to optimise and grow the clients' spending on the performance advertisement product.
o Monitor clients' campaign performance both in China market and Int’l markets, track and analyze data and make ongoing suggestions to improve performance for partners.
o Work closely with global account management team on product update sync and support global account management team on their clients’ campaign in China market.
o To monitor and evaluate domestic and international market trends, and the competitors' sales initiatives, in order to make sure our sales remain competitive and cutting edge.
o Lead projects and research to improve the efficiency of the advertisement product and develop sales strategy.
Requirements:
o College degree required
o Approximately 5+ years of related industry experience, preferably account management experience at a search engine or an online travel meta search
o Demonstrated problem-solving skills with an analytical mind and natural curiosity
o Strong knowledge or experience in Internet businesses, account management.
o Proven experience in managing teams working cross-functionally within an international organization
o Strong interpersonal /communication skills in both English and Chinese (written and oral)
