* Collaborate closely internally and externally on all levels to build joint ownership and trust
* Work pro-actively and independently to drive strategic initiatives and set up working models
* Set up and ensure continuous roll-in from and interaction with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. customers, user groups, field, solution, service & support)
* Contribute to the product strategy of scaling to volume customers by independent work, customer / partner interviews and collaborations with key stakeholders across functions
* Work on release independent tasks such as cloud roadmap/strategy definition, competitor and market analysis, investment preparation, requirement roll-in, product backlog, field engagement etc.
* Customer centric innovation: visit customers to understand their needs and requirements, lead design-thinking
* Work with strategic partners for requirements collection and solution validation
* Develop high level and detailed product specifications
* Constantly innovate and maintain vision leadership in the market
* Results and execution focused, with a positive can-do attitude
WORK EXPERIENCE
* 5+ years of professional experience in Product Management or related area along the entire product innovation cycle
* Rich experience and successful stories in Cloud / SaaS relevant product management, development or relevant functions
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
* Education – Bachelor Degree required, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
* Very strong understanding of state of art cloud technology
* Market research and product strategy definition capabilities
* Experience of volume business is a plus
* Good skills of customer engagement, requirements engineering, product design and specification
* Enterprise application and business process knowledge is a significant advantage
* Innovation, creativity and capability to provide leading vision
* Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills, ability to drive communication at all levels
* Strong social skills – consensus building and openness to hear new ideas
* Good understanding of the software development life cycle and Scrum methodology
* Creative problem solving skills and strong work ethic
* Demonstrated interpersonal and team player abilities
* Strong ability to inspire and convince stakeholders
* English proficiency in both written and verbal communication
