Business Development Manager
– Pharmaceutical Segment, Beijing, China
Client company is an international leading science life company specialized in pharmaceutical and biotechnologies products and services working for basic and commercial research sectors and standardized testing.
Main responsibilities and duties:
-Responsible for the China & Hong Kong business market development for growing revenue within the pharmaceutical sector.
-Perform market research and business intelligence lobbying, identify opportunities, define strategy and marketing plan for this market,
-Main interface with customers and coordinate with sales managers, marketing and technical support staff to provide leadership for the pharmaceutical segment and drive sales and maintain relationship in key accounts,
-Identify customer needs to provide feedback to product management for developing solutions, provide technical & application knowledge and expertise to customers,
-Responsible for the production and distribution of product information, training materials and application notes,
Main requirements:
-Life science industry experience in the China market with good understanding of local China business culture and practices,
-Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA) in a scientific discipline (molecular biology, genetics or biochemistry) – completion of an advanced degree in business (MBA) or related science.
-Understanding of strategic issues and ability to write business action plans,
-Leadership, sales driven and strong negotiation skills.
-Strong communication skill in Chinese with ability to deliver presentations to.
-small and large audiences (customers, conferences, trade shows)
-Self-motivated an engaged, teamwork, customer focus, integrity and judgment.
-Ability to travel within main cities in China.

Marketing Specialist – Beijing, China
Client company is an international leading science life company specialized in pharmaceutical and biotechnologies products and services working for basic and commercial research sectors and standardized testing.
-Responsible for every aspect of product lines management, reporting to China Marketing Manager.
Main responsibilities & duties:
-Involve in product and market development.
-Interact and cooperate with US product management, marketing and local staff, and develop relationship with key customers.
-Conduct market research, business intelligence lobbying and building marketing plans.
-Providing support and training to sales team
-Create product awareness training to the sales and customers.
Main requirements:
-Bachelor degree level or above.
-Minimum 2 years experience in marketing of molecular biology products or biological testing services.
-Strong communication skills in Chinese and good level in written and spoken English .
-Required travel for 40% of the time.
-Self-motivated, good listening and learning skills, appreciation and respect, teamwork, leadership, customer-focus.
