Description
The senior .NET specialist plays a key role in our Improve & Innovate (I&I) teams. He/she is involved in projects' project study and development phase and is accountable for ensuring that the overall functional, technical design and realization of I/T applications meets business requirements, conforms to Company I/T architecture, optimizes productivity and minimizes long-term cost of ownership. He/she works to understand and define business needs, and serves as a functional/technical member in the team. He/she understands how to leverage the .NET framework to deliver best-in-class solutions.
The primary responsibilities for this I&I senior specialist role will for WinCompanys platforms .NET, xml/Web Service, JAVA, etc technologies.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop and support software/website solutions that help Company in establishing consistent processes, increased profitability, and regulatory compliance.
• Involvement in development decision-making including Requirements Analysis, POC, Architecture, Design, and Development.
• Accountable for ensuring that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Company I/T architecture standards, and optimize productivity and long-term cost of ownership
• Ensure work process and functional integration across teams and assist with issue resolution
• Understand and assist with implementation of long-term product/system vision for I/T
• Assist with System and Data Architecture development and support efforts
• Provide technical support in project whole life cycle.
• Work on functional/technical design with Business partners and Architecture Specialist and ensure development meets functional and technical design needs.
• Ensure work package integration across teams and assist with issue resolution.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and high level functional designs, and translate these to detailed technical specifications and functioning software systems in an efficient and cost effective manner.
• Effective English communication skills both oral and written.
Qualifications
Competencies
- Strong understanding of full application development lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, source code control, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, etc.
- A willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues as part of maintaining the skills necessary to manage and to maintain the state of art of our applications.
- Ability to work under a fast paced delivery oriented environment and multi-task under pressure.
- Able to work in autonomy and strong team work spirit.
- Strong initiative and a proactive mindset.
- Strong ability of driving issues/problems ; Experience solving complex software problems.
- Highly adaptable and a fast learner.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
Technology:
- Expert with WinCompanys .NET development environment
- Solid knowledge of .NET 2.0/3.5, Ajax, xml.
- Strong understanding and knowledge/experiences in Web development, web services (SOA).
- Advanced database design in MS SQL Server
Must Haves
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Software, Computer Application, Information System, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent majors from a well known university.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on .NET experience involving application design, development, implementation and/or support.
Nice to Haves:
- Held jobs supporting and working with a number of work process, business, and technology areas.
- Knowledge of project management is an advantage
- Knowledge of OO Methodology, UML and Design Patterns is essential.
- Knowledge of Java (J2SE, J2EE) and Web Sphere (Eclipse).
- Knowledge of product API programming.
- Experience in e-Commerce is an advantage
