希望看senior背景的candidate，有大公司背景
从底层handson做起来的背景最好
project manager能力和people manager能力要好（会带20+人左右的一个团队）
熟悉网络布线等基础架构infrastructure
目前负责R&D 3个site（北京，上海，成都），大概2000多用户全国，英文口语要好
1) A required senior leadership position leading the IT organization cross 3 sites, support an organization of 1000+
2) Reports to APJ IT Client Service Director ( based in Hongkong) and seats as a core member of EMC China Center of Excellence
3) Strong experience in setting up IT infrastructure and IT operation management
4) Strong communication and collaboration skills. Build up partnership and collation with local business leaders and global IT organization.
5) Strong English (Oral and Written) skills. Must have experience working in cross culture environment in Multi-national company.
6) Good knowledge and experience on IT network. Good experience with Telecomm vendors.
7) People and talent management skills - develop team on IT domain expertise, attract and retain best IT talents.
