Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Identification customer specific pain points or competitive disadvantages and create new opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for target prospects in Greater China region according to the business strategy as approved
• Work with the management team in the development, implementation and ongoing monitoring and refinement of company strategies and plans.
• Develop new business opportunities in line with company objectives
• Meet pre-determined sales and activity targets, both individually and for the function described herein. Be responsible and accountable for the respective P&L(s)
• Identification customer specific pain points or competitive disadvantages and create new opportunities.
• Analysis of customer specific demands and translation into customer specific offers based on standard SOP.
• Leading the sales project and negotiations for deals within own specific area (being “opportunity owner”) in coordination with delivery.
• Develop close relationships with Global and Key Account Managers as well as central sales support and deal support teams
• Relationship management to customers and related delivery department. Securing involvement of Delivery in sales process.
• Work closely with the respective sales support, service management and delivery teams to develop solutions for potential and existing customers.
• Ensuring the accounts development in ICT/TC services.
• Maintain the sales reporting system in line with company objectives, commission plan and targets. Measure, analyze and report activities and results of the team(s).
• Contribute to the development, comply with and promote company policies and procedures within the team(s) as required


Qualifications:
Must have:
• At least 6 years relevant working experience in IT or Consultancy industry and 3 years of which experience at managerial grade in Presales or Business Development team for PRC local market.
• Fluent spoken & written Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Strong understanding of international basic business principles and metrics.
• Extensive knowledge of the ICT/TC market in the region and extensive local network into business and political circles

Nice to have:
• Proven sales achievements in business-to-business sales and local big account for related products and services. Highly developed relationship and solution selling as well as negotiation skills
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and high level of creativity is essential.
• Proven leadership skills, incl. the ability effectively manage upwards and downwards, strong planning, execution and convincing skills
• Pro-active and able to work effectively within a multi-functional and cross-cultural team across organizational and functional boundaries
• Interpersonal skills to evoke commitment from the client and integrity in all dealings.
• Dynamic and able to work operationally independent whilst always remaining part of the Greater China Sales Team.
• Personal Characteristics: Precise, disciplined, honest, methodical, and flexible.
• Available to travel.
