(1) HR business partnering for Recruitment Initiation
- Work closely with BU HR and BU Line managers to understand the hiring needs and fill the open positions within BU on time
- Partner with the BU HR to determine the staffing strategies and channels
- Very closely keep contact with the line managers for the briefing and debriefing session on the candidates’ interview, etesting and assessment.
- Work as professional advisor for the recruitment needs confirmation with the standard documents like JD, Hiring Req. and other documents
(2) Recruitment delivery for assigned BU with alignment of process, policy
- Organize the interviews, assessments, and provide professional comments to assist making hiring decision in order to ensure the best candidates are selected for each role and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently and in accordance with company’s process, policies and standards
- Manage the daily communication with recruitment vendors i.e. search firms, e-recruitment, assessment and media vendors to ensure their work methodologies are aligned with company’s method and quality standard per agreement
- Maintain the recruitment system and tools be properly used to make sure the data is most updated
- Implement the regional recruitment strategy and get/give the feed back from/to BU/site HR to make sure all recruitment policy, process be in order place within the assigned BU

Job Experience, Competencies & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and partnering skill
- Fluent English
- Good presentation skill; Outstanding analytic skill
- At least 5 years relevant experience in recruitment in MNCs
- Be able to take pressure with the demanding environment
- With strong self-motivation and self-learning capability
