Position: Process Engineering Manager
Responsibilities:
1、Lead and supervise AME & process engineering function/team, develop AME & Process engineering staffs
2、Work with R&D team to flawlessly launch new products, new process and new production line, in the meanwhile, support R&D prototype development
3、Ensure process robustness, and provide effective solutions on process & quality issue
4、Establish and sustain robust database and document management for all new products, new projects to meet both APQP/quality system and operation execution requests
5、Setup team KPI by aligning with organization goals
6、Define CI approaches by considering right ROI analysis and budgeting control
7、Provide monthly capacity analysis against all CCs/SCs to TOP management team
8、Continuously optimize production floor layout to support efficient material flow, safety environment, and reliable process.
Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree or above in electrical-chemical engineering, or related battery majors
2、8years management experience in battery engineering or Process Engineering field, with Industrial Engineering knowledge preferred
3、Six sigma knowledge (Green Belt above)
4、Be detail oriented, analytical and demonstrated supervisory skills
5、Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability
6、Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese
7、Good people management skills
8、To be able to work under pressure
